We have 54 unique, eclectic, design winning RockStar guest rooms. Young and old will find our look refreshing and fun in a relaxed, casual way that one expects of a Okoboji vacation! We have 14 two-room suites and 13 of them have 3 queen size beds! And we’re GELLIN’!! All of our beds have 3″ gel pads for an optimal night’s rest!! You play hard, you deserve a fabulous night’s rest!! Of our 13 suites, four have a set of bunk beds. SERIOUS! How crazy cool is that? Each suite also has a daybed that can serve as a sofa or sleep one additional person. Some suites adjoin giving you as many as six queen beds! An ideal set up for family reunions and large groups. All rooms are uniquely designed Okoboji style! We’ve created our furniture out of Okoboji dock wood and we didn’t stop there…even the art has been hand crafted! GOTGRANITE? Most definitely! We are rockin’ that stone in every bathroom and each one of our 34 kitchenettes. (No, that wasn’t a typo, we have 34 kitchenettes, so sweet!) Each room type is available for a weekly rental at a discounted rate, if you stay 6 night’s, you receive the 7th night complimentary. (That’s a fun perk! We think so too!)
A two-night minimum is required on all weekends during the summer and a three-night minimum on the 4th of July. We do request a deposit of one night’s room and tax 30 days prior to your arrival during the dates of May 29-August 30. Please note any cancellations or changes in your reservation must be received at least one week prior to the day of your arrival. If a cancellation or change is received within one week of your arrival, we reserve the right to retain your deposit and charge your credit card for the original reservation. So, please, keep us updated!
All of our beds have a 3″ gel pad to give you an optimal night’s rest. (Serious, these beds ROCK!) Our rooms are ground level with ample parking and include microwaves, refrigerators, coffee pots, air conditioning, flat-screen TV’s with 70+ MediaCom channels, free long distance, desk and table. All of our guest rooms, public areas, outdoor sitting areas and pool are NON-smoking, however, we do have a smoking area in our Outdoor Fun Center.
We ask that our guest be mindful of our quiet times during the hours of 10:30pm-8am. In the evenings, we have many sleeping children and in the mornings, we have many sleeping adults.
Check-in times are 4pm and Check-out times are 10:30AM

ADMIRAL SUITESLEEPS UP TO 9 ROCKSTARS! You love to be spoiled! This MegaStar room has 3 queen size beds with our cozy 3″ gel pads and one set of bunk beds. Our separate, very comfortable living/kitchenette area has a twin bed that serves as a sofa or additional sleeping for one person. You will also find a refrigerator, microwave, 2 televisions, table and/or desk, and coffee maker. A total of 3 sinks and a private bathroom with bathtub/shower, all rockin’ granite! ADMIRAL CABINSLEEPS UP TO 9 ROCKSTARS! Spoiling continued! This is the twin sister to the Admiral Suite. Not to let down, this sweet set-up has 2 separate guestrooms with a queen size bed (of course, they’re Gellin! with our 3″ gel-pads!), living rooms that has 2 daybed set ups, full kitchen, dining room and outdoor grille. CAPTAIN’S SUITESSLEEPS UP TO 7 ROCKSTARS! No stranger to the glam of it’s neighbors above, this RockStar room has everything the Admiral boasts about except the bunk beds. This suite has 3 queen size beds with our 3″ gel pads for an optimal night’s rest and a separate Living/Kitchenette that has a twin daybed to serve as a couch or to sleep an additional person. One bathroom, vanity area, kitchen sink all rockin’ our beautiful granite, a long with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot make this stay beyond comfortable! Weekly Rate Nightly Rate

COMMANDER SUITESSLEEPS UP TO 5 ROCKSTARS! You don’t need all the beds, but you still like to be spoiled with extra space and a kitchenette? Our Commander Mini is for you! Our over sized guest room is spacious with two queen size (of course! They too have our 3″ gel pads!), a single daybed that serves as a sofa or an extra sleeping for one person, granite kitchenette with a microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator.

Our guest rooms with 2 queens and extra floor space just in case you need a roll away (or two) are the best option for you!
